Kelly J. Keegan

Kelly J. Keegan is the founding and managing attorney of Keegan Law Office and has practiced criminal defense since 2006. A University of Minnesota Law School graduate and former Minnesota legislative lobbyist, she brings deep experience in criminal defense, expungements, pardons, background study disqualifications, restraining orders, and firearm rights restoration. She is a longtime leader in the Minnesota criminal defense community, including serving as President of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is frequently invited to teach attorneys on criminal law, expungement, and gun rights issues.
